Victoria Cobb, President
As President of The Family Foundation of Virginia, Mrs. Victoria Cobb (pictured with Dr. James Dobson of Focus on the Family) is responsible for the leadership and direction of the Commonwealth's largest and oldest pro-family organization. In her role she maintains the vision and mission of the organization while managing all areas of operations. Victoria also serves as the organization's spokesperson and is regularly in demand as a speaker and commentator on family issues in the media. She has been with the pro-family organization since 2000.
While at The Family Foundation, Victoria has served on Governor Bob McDonnell's Transition Team for Health and Human Resources, Attorney General Jerry Kilgore's Advisory Board for Domestic Abuse and Sexual Assault, and Governor Jim Gilmore's Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) Reauthorization Advisory Group and Commission on Youth's Workgroup on Strengthening the Family. Victoria has also been named as an Honorary Chairman of the National Republican Congressional Committee Business Advisory Council.
Victoria has a Bachelor Degree from the University of Richmond with majors
in Political Science and Leadership Studies. She is oft quoted on family
issues by the Associated Press, Washington Post, CNN, the
Richmond Times-Dispatch, the Virginian Pilot, the Washington
Times and the Roanoke Times, and appears regularly on radio and
television news programs. In 2007, she was named one of Richmond's "Top
40 Under 40" by Style Weekly newspaper. Victoria, her husband Matt,
who serves as the Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Resources, her daughter
Elizabeth Reagan and son Timothy Michael, reside in Richmond.
